How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
If you have any other questions, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out.
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Luring Choice (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.

I had issues with my newborns head falling over. Having to ask my 5-year-old, "is she okay? Is she breathing?" All the time. Usually when I also put my newborn into her car seat she would cry. I received this insert today, and put my little into it and she fell asleep instantly. (I did just change and feed her before we were leaving) but apparently she found it comfortable :) I bought a backseat mirror to see her and the whole drive her head was upright and in place. It's super soft and now me and my little cannot worry about her asphyxiating.
Best money you could spend. No more rolled up blankets and crossing your fingers! Perfect for a newborn... at 3 weeks she fit well and seemed secure and comfortable. Material is nice and cushioned and seems breathable. We did have a fan (we are in FL and it’s 100+) but she wasn’t sweating on her back at all. We were looking for a cushion that was easily removable when our toddler wanted to ride and I wore the baby and this did the trick. Other brands seemsed seemed overpriced and not as cushioned so overall I’m super happy we got this one instead, it looks nice with the stroller so it’s a win :)
My little one was 3 weeks early and we were not prepared for his entrance. He was so tiny in his car seat the nurse had to show us how to roll our blankets to tuck on both sides to support him. Most of the ones I came across only supported the neck but luckily I found this Lulyboo. It’s soft, breathable, and you don’t have deal with the hassle of attaching it through the belt loops!! My baby loves the cushion and when he outgrows it we have the option of using the neck support without the body support.
I looove Lulyboo infant support. My son loves it more, before this he's head was tilting to one side and I just couldn't help but worry that his neck might hurt after a while. So I was determined to find a head support. I love that everything is detachable, you could use the body support or the head support separately. The color is great and it's machine washable safe. I have used it for almost two months now and it's still very cushioned. My boy seems to fall asleep often right away in the car ‘cause the cushions are very plush.
This item is even much better than the picture and the advertising! All the parts are coming off and connected with Velcro to adjust my pre baby size. There are two separate cushion that's hold my daughters had nicely when she sleeping. I washed it and it's come up like new. The light Gray part made with breathable fabric so it's not too hot at the back. Great and very quality product same as all Lulyboo items.

Soft and safe
I hate to start with the cliché "I wish I had purchased this sooner" line, but I really do! Especially this time of year, with as hot as it is, my daughter stays cool and honestly fusses less. We decided on the Lulyboo because of the removable cushions which should get us a little more use than some of the others out there. It's honestly a great choice and even after a few washes it still looks like new!

This works well at giving the added support for your baby. It is very soft and comfortable for baby. It's a great value.
The velcro got disheveled with time but it still holds my baby tight.

Have had it for a few months now and quite happy with it so far. The only thing is it’s a bit hard to spread the stuffing after the wash but it’s totally doable.
Amazing support, very plush but sturdy, holds baby’s head securely
We have an older convertible car seat (it has less padding that some) and when we moved our 10 month old from his infant seat he really hated the convertible seat. So I tried this! It works pretty well, it's super easy to install and it really does make his seat cozier. The material is very soft. I am happy with this product!
