How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
If you have any other questions, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out.
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Luring Choice (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.

My pals and me went hiking a week ago and this bag really helped us out. it was pouring like crazy all the time and the only place where we could hide our devices was this bag. All our phones and tablets are still intact, not a drop of water on them. The roll-top closing makes this one a monster of a bag, it can float if you close it properly! The bag has a shoulder strap that makes it really easy to carry and it’s bright yellow, so there’s no way you leave it somewhere by accident.
I’ve recently purchased one more bag, since mine was taken by my brother and never given back (hello Mike btw, hope you’re fine). The best thing about this bag is that it keeps your things dry. At all times. Like always. I dropped it from my kayak TWICE and was ready to say goodbye to my camera and iPad, but NOTHING happened to it. Recommended for kayakers (could be good for hikers as well).
Make sure you’re purchasing the bag with the right measurements, cause you might need a bigger one or a smaller one if it’s just for a coupla phones. I'd say this bag works great and has saved my whole family from soaking our keys, phones, etc on more than one occasion while out kayaking.
This was my first time dealing with a closing mechanism like that and I was not sure about how secure it is, but it worked perfectly. I’m taking this bag to a beach all the time and never ever had any issues. Easy to clean it from sand, no stains, easy to carry around. And it LOOKS COOL too!
Good bag, my clothes inside were dry, but it is a bit small for me, should have taken 10L.
This type of bag come in many colors, but i chose yellow, cause it’s easy to see and you’ll never lose it. it does what it needs to do, my stuff is dry and I’m happy I don’t need to carry around plastic bags anymore.
This is a good choice, If you need something waterproof for your things while on the water. I flipped my kayak and the bag fell into the water. Everything stayed dry just fine.
If you fold the top of the bag properly, no water will get through. It's easy to seal and carry around. I used some plastic bags for my camera and iPhone when I put them in, just to be on the safe side, but all was fine. This bag is a sound investment, since you’d never want your devices to get wet and this bag will help out a lot. Before I got it I’d always leave my stuff with someone at the shore, but it’s not ideal, because in the back of my head I was always worried about my things.
Got this bag as a present for my sis. She’s really the outdoorsy type and she takes it with her on every hike! She LOVES this bag.
